Welcome to our comprehensive online program designed to support various aspects of personal and educational development.
We offer a range of group sessions in-person and online courses tailored to meet the needs of individuals seeking to enhance their executive functioning, social skills, parenting strategies, academic performance, and cognitive rehabilitation for ADHD.
The groups are divided into 4 ages groups:
9 yrs. to 11 yrs.
12 yrs. to 14 yrs.
15 yrs. to 17 yrs. (18 yrs. old attending high school are welcome to participate in this group).
18 yrs. +
**Program Components:
Executive Function Training:
Focuses on developing skills such as planning, organization, time management, working memory, and goal setting. Includes interactive exercises and practical applications using tools.
Social Skills:
Enhances communication, body language understanding, empathy, and conflict resolution abilities. Features role-playing scenarios, video demonstrations, and interactive group discussions.
Parenting (1-2-3 Magic Approach):
Provides structured modules on the 1-2-3 Magic method for effective discipline and positive parenting.Includes video tutorials, worksheets, exercises, and Q&A sessions with parenting experts.
Student Programs (Orton-Gillingham Approach):
Offers structured literacy instruction with a focus on phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension.Incorporates interactive reading and writing exercises.
Cognitive training for ADHD:
Targets improvement in attention, memory, problem-solving, and executive functions. Features practical exercises, tools, and regular assessments to track progress.
Support and Interaction:
Our program includes various support mechanisms to ensure participant success.
Live Q&A Sessions: Regularly scheduled live interactions with instructors or experts to address questions and provide additional guidance.
Discussion Forums: Platforms for peer interaction, support, and experience sharing.
